Why did I receive a bottle/ box that looks different to the photo?

You’ll see on our website that our skin care products are named "DREA Skincare". DREA Skincare is our updated packaging! If you receive our old packaging be assured that you are receiving the same product. Please contact us at support@dreaskincare.com if you have any questions or concerns. 

When will my order be shipped?

Orders typically ship between 1-3 days of order. You will receive a tracking number to your email.

I didn't get a tracking number or confirmation email

Please check your promotions, social and spam folders. All tracking details are sent by our shipment company to your email. If you still cannot locate the email, please contact us at support@dreaskincare.com.

When will my order arrive?

As per our shipping policy, orders are shipped directly from our manufacturer due to a high volume of sales and low stock levels. We also believe this will help to reduce our eco footprint. As such, orders usually arrive within 7 business days but we ask that you allow up to 14 days before reaching out to us. 

Can I submit a return?

Please refer to our returns policy to see if your order is eligible. 

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Generally once an order has been placed, it can't be changed or canceled. However, please still contact us at support@dreaskincare.com as early as possible.
